Mr. & Mrs. Smith is an action-rom-com about a married couple, John and Jane Smith, who live what looks like a normal, boring suburban life. But secretly, they’re both professional assassins working for competing spy agencies and neither of them knows the truth about the other.

Things take a wild turn when they get assigned to kill the same target which turns out to be each other. That’s when all hell breaks loose. They start fighting, spying on each other, blowing up their house, and basically going full-on war mode all while pretending everything’s fine.

But as they go through all that chaos, they start to realize that maybe their marriage isn’t totally fake. Under all the lies and secrets, there’s still some real love there. So instead of killing each other, they decide to work together and take down the people who set them up.

There’s lots of gunfights, explosions, and sarcastic banter between the two leads. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have crazy good chemistry, which makes it super fun to watch. It’s one of those movies that doesn’t take itself too seriously but keeps you hooked the whole time. 

overall its a 7.5/10 for me because the story isn’t super deep (but it doesn’t really try to be) and some parts can feel a bit over the top or unrealistic (again, part of the fun).
